I am Abdullah Farooq, a software engineer by profession, I started up at the age of 15 and basically am a self-learned professional who worked on industrial projects before formal education. I have used Linux based architectures and implemented different technologies including Python, Django, PHP, Zend, Java, Perl and C in most of my projects but am open to any new technology.
I have vast expertise in scalability and have developed architectures that run over 10 millions of records stably, I have a good experience of cloud computing, web security, system administration, SEO and database architectures. I also run my blog where I write on the latest technologies. Currently I work as a Senior Software Architect at the world's leading cloud services prodiver, dinCloud.
It's one of my most important projects, I am the owner of the product. Setkit includes several web portals under it and serves over 1.5 million pages per month.
One of my own products, launched 2008, targeting Pakistani market serving over 0.5 millions of pages per month.
One of my ongoing projects, dinCloud is a cloud services provider offering cloud HVDs, servers, storage, voice and more. I'm a part of the team working as software engineer.
